Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for select pincodes. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Yes! All orders above ₹1,499 qualify for complimentary standard shipping. Orders below ₹1,499 are charged a flat ₹149 shipping fee.
Currently, we ship within India only. We're working on international shipping and will announce it soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international delivery launches.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Email us at care@aniso.in with your order number to initiate a return.
Yes. Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Reach out to us and we'll arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost.
Once we receive and verify your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and card refunds typically appear within 3–5 days.
Sale items are eligible for exchange only — not cash refunds. If you've purchased a discounted item and have an issue, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Yes — our sets run true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit. If you prefer a more fluid, oversized feel, we recommend sizing up by one. Visit our Size Guide for full measurements.
We recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, lounge-friendly fit. If you prefer a closer fit, go with the smaller size. You can always DM or email us with your measurements and we'll guide you personally.
Yes — all ANISO sets are sold as a co-ordinated top and bottom pair, in the same size. The top and bottom are designed to work together as a matching set.
Fabric & Care 4 questions
We use two fabric categories: premium pima cotton for our cotton sets (breathable, soft, skin-friendly) and charmeuse satin for our satin collection (lustrous, fluid, luxuriously smooth). All fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified.

For satin sets: hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not tumble dry — lay flat in shade to dry. Iron on low heat with a pressing cloth.

For cotton sets: machine wash on gentle cycle, cold water. Tumble dry low or air dry. Iron on medium heat if needed.

Our fabrics are selected for their durability. Pilling is minimal when washed correctly. Colours may gently soften with time, which adds to the lived-in luxury feel. Always wash inside-out and avoid harsh detergents to preserve the colour and texture.
Yes. All fabrics used by ANISO are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified — meaning they've been tested and verified to be free from harmful substances. They're safe for sensitive skin.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. Please email care@aniso.in with your order number immediately. After 2 hours, the order enters fulfilment and changes may not be possible.
We're so sorry this happened. Please email care@aniso.in within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer, no questions asked.
